I'm a designer, engineer, & chef —always finding new things to make.
I graduated from Stanford University with my B.S. in Product Design, where I was also selected for the Mayfield Fellowship, an entreprenurial program that taught me about high impact leadership and technology. I care deeply about the role mentorship and wonder plays in the people and products I get the privilege of working with, as I am the compounding result of everything that I have ever wanted to understand.
I'm originally from Houston, Texas and I was raised by my mom and grandparents, who were Khmer refugees, in a donut shop.
I've been working since I was 4 years old to learn as much as I can. I stocked fridges, rolled kolaches, wowed customers for tips by doing math, learned how to calculate sales tax on a cash register before iPad registers were a thing, and eventually that led me to work on world championship bound robots, ship products at Apple, and help start-ups build products. My curiosity has always been shaped by the people around me through mentorship, friendship, and a genuine love of learning. When I'm not building, teaching, or cooking, I'm behind a camera, reading, or writing.
